  • Baymor Company reserves the right to ship partially and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges as prices fluctuate.

    If your package is marked undeliverable and returned to Baymor, we will reach out to you via the contact methods provided in your order. We will not reroute packages to alternate addresses.

    If you have discrepancies or damage to packages, Baymor asks that you report it within 7 business days of receipt. This is to ensure that we have time to work through alternative steps to get your products to you.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    We use USPS to ship all domestic orders. Items that are displayed as in-stock are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of project completion.

    APO/FPO SHIPPING

    Orders will ship via USPS to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for transit to your location. USPS tracking to these locations is limited and will not show transit details after leaving the US sorting facility until it has been delivered.

  • At this time, Baymor only accepts returns on a case-by-case basis that needs to be approved through customer service. If a return request is granted, all components and accessories must be in unworn or not-laundered condition. Any item showing damage or signs of use will be returned to the customer at their expense and the cost of the item will not be refunded.

    Returns are permitted only within 45 days from the order ship date. 

    All returns will be carefully inspected before issuing a refund or exchange and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

    You may request a return in your Account / Purchase History by clicking on the order number that contains the item, and clicking the "Request a Return" button. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.

    Payment is processed upon receipt of your order, regardless of the scheduled ship date. Customers may contact our customer service team to request cancellation and a refund at any time before the assigned ship date. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    2. U.S. Sales Tax

    Baymor is legally required to collect applicable sales tax in all U.S. states where sales tax applies. Tax rates are based on local and state regulations and are determined by both the shipping origin and destination.

    Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid, signed exemption or resale certificate on file with Baymor. Without such documentation, sales tax will be charged as required by law.

    3. Warranty

    Baymor offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on its products. At our discretion, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost, excluding normal wear and tear.

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

    4. Returns & Refunds

    Baymor accepts product returns only on a case-by-case basis and with prior approval from customer service. If a return is authorized:

    • Products must be returned within 45 days of the ship date.

    • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original components and accessories.

    • Items showing signs of use, laundering, or damage will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

    • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    How to Request a Return

    To request a return, log in to your Account > Purchase History, select the relevant order number, and click “Request a Return.” Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

    5. Accuracy of Information

    We strive to ensure that all information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur, including but not limited to product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, sizing, and images.

    All items are made to order and our current lead time is up to several weeks.
